1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded in each category.
Jambalaya gallons (minimum 10 gallon pot) Fried Turkey pounds (minimum 5 turkeys)
  Jambalaya can be any combination of boneless chicken, pork and/or sausage
and must be prepared over burners only.
Couchon-du-lait/Pork Roast pounds (minimum 30 lbs. boneless pork)
Brisket pounds (minimum 25 lbs.) BBQ Chicken quarters (minimum 40 quarters)
